Job Summary
As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for supporting our crew across various disciplines, identifying workflow inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to enhance our development process. You will collaborate with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to streamline our workflow, generate candidate answers, and weigh tradeoffs to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality games. Additionally, you will be accountable for assisting, developing, and preserving our proprietary reputed company-specific and custom gear.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in our development process across various disciplines
- Preserve, reputed company, and aid our existing development gear
- Build and guide custom asset pipelines
- Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
- Collaborate with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to streamline our workflow and implement solutions
- Generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs, and implement the selected answer to ensure timely delivery of high-quality games
- Assist in the adoption of solutions by the team
Essential Qualifications
* Strong passion for empowering others to do their best work
- Experience with the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing reputed company answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness
- Enjoy working with custom standalone gear
- Enjoy growing gear that can be utilized by multiple game development disciplines
- Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, and JavaScript
