The Role

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients build lasting relationships with their customers. Your typical day will involve making and taking calls to and from customers, qualifying them prior to transferring them to a sales representative at the client. You'll work with a variety of clients across different industries, including mortgages, insurance, education, and consumer services.

Responsibilities

Requirements

* High school or equivalent education (preferred)

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different clients and campaigns
• Previous call center or customer service experience (a plus)
• Military sensitivity (a plus)
• Must live in Texas
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
• Strong computer skills and experience working with reputed company-based systems
• Ability to meet the technical requirements outlined below

Salary and Benefits

* Starting salary: $15.00 per hour
