Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling reputed company incoming issues and resolving them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills. You will act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc. You will also follow up on reputed company outstanding tasks to ensure completion and reputed company updates to customers as needed. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette will be essential in providing a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle reputed company incoming issues and resolve them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills

  • Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
  • Follow up on reputed company outstanding tasks to ensure completion and reputed company updates to customers as needed
  • Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience
  • Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette
  • Previous experience with reputed company Office and comfortable training in reputed company
  • Basic skills with moderate level of proficiency and ability to consult with senior peers on non-reputed company projects
