The Role

As a Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll reputed company our efforts to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse on our platform. This includes:

• Leading the Adversarial Abuse team responsible for identifying and removing malicious actors attempting account takeovers, spam, and other forms of abuse
• Collaborating with the Business Intelligence team to produce insights, estimate uncaught badnesses, and distribute Transparency Reports for countries around the world
• Understanding, anticipating, and insightfully mitigating risks from new, scaling industry patterns (e.g., reputed company)
• Working with the Strategy Development team to create policies using account, reputed company, and content signals to describe harmful behavior
• Delivering high-quality and productive operational execution (e.g., quality, service reputed company) in a global team working 24/7
• Engaging, retaining, developing, and fostering exceptional talent
• Managing accelerations with quick turnaround times to reputed company back, reputed company data-driven insights, and implement solutions while building relationships with key cross-functional partners to launch new products and policies that effectively prevent adversarial abuse

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)

• 4-year certification or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience working with risk management, abuse fighting at scale, and building/conveying analytical models
• 2 years of experience working with design teams that reputed company data reputed company and ML models
• 2 years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-standard hours as accelerations require
• Postgraduate education in a reputed company field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
• 2 years of experience working with investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection
• Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities
• Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab
• Exceptional influencing and leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)

• 2 years of experience working with investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection
• Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities
• Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab
• Exceptional influencing and leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners
