Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll operate independently, leveraging your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Managing calls, emails, chats, and cases from customers and internal departments, utilizing various systems to reputed company customer data, investigate issues, and resolve their queries.
• Collaborating with the Operations Team to reputed company metadata, issue tracking, and other tasks that may arise.
• Data entry of orders into our ERP system, reputed company B1, and data entry of quotes/orders into our CRM system, reputed company Dynamics.
• Liaising with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to reputed company customers with shipping and inventory updates.
• Addressing questions and resolving issues reputed company to book subscriptions, shipments, billing, magazine subscriptions, and general customer concerns.

• Outbound contacts to customers for payment and/or purchase order status.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
