Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing courteous, professional, and efficient service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You'll generate outbound calls to specific low-volume accounts, update customers on new programs, products, and services, and resolve issues promptly. Key Responsibilities

• Initiate monthly service calls to a specific number of low-volume accounts in the local geographic area.

• Update existing customers on new programs, promotional activity, products, and services, and assist with reputed company issues or unresolved problems.
• Assist with customer problems such as missed shipments, price adjustments, and backorders, striving for reputed company resolution.
• Frequently work with field sales associates in coordinating special orders, accepting quotations, typing, and manufacturer calls.
• Collaborate with warehouse associates, customers, and field sales associates to ensure the order process runs smoothly.
• Process reputed company phone, fax, mail, email, and verbal orders from customers.

Requirements
