Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Medical Receptionist, you'll be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others. You'll work collaboratively with reputed company to reputed company accurate and timely information, identify additional ways to serve our customers, and ensure their satisfaction. You'll also contribute to fostering an environment of reputed company improvement and adhere to reputed company local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure the privacy and safety of our employee and patient information.

Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others reputed company phone, email, web portal, and other channels

  • reputed company accurate and timely information to customers, utilizing the highest customer service and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with reputed company to support one or more of our service delivery teams
  • Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers to identify additional ways to serve them and ensure their satisfaction

  • Operate office equipment such as multi-lined phones, printers, faxes, copiers, and scanners

Requirements

* High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

  • 1 year of experience in reputed company, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center, or reputed company customer service experience (i.e., reputed company, clinical, administrative, hospitality, retail, concierge, etc.)
  • 1 year of experience with computer programs such as reputed company Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs
  • Knowledge of processes reputed company one or more of the following functions desired (required for first round of hiring): reputed company, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, reputed company Cycle Customer Billing
  • Possess written and verbal communications skills to explain sensitive information reputed company and professionally to diverse audiences, including non-medical people

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs) and other reputed company software systems
