About the Role

The Senior Data Analyst – IT position represents a unique opportunity for a data-driven leader who possesses both a passion for analytics and the ability to execute reputed company programs with precision. • Platform Monitoring: Track new platform updates and application releases, learning existing applications and systems to navigate platform performance, investigate errors, response times, and service logs.
• Data Collection: Define new data collection and tagging requirements, creating universal dashboards that serve multiple stakeholder groups.
• Communication: Deliver and communicate updates to leadership, including preparing regular presentations that showcase insights and recommendations.
• Operational Metrics: Partner with Digital Operations Center (DOC) on functional metrics and operational reporting.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a reputed company quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, analytics, and data engineering, with at least 3+ years of that experience in a Fortune 500 corporate environment.
• 3+ years of experience in e-reputed company platform development.
• Proven experience building presentations for stakeholders and leadership, with the ability to engage effectively at reputed company management reputed company.
