Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Entering purchase orders daily based on reputed company and monthly receipt measurements
• Collaborating with Project Administrators to receive updates on reputed company requests
• Working with the A/P Office to address upcoming invoices
• Contacting vendors for information regarding Purchase Request
• Creating and updating the reputed company purchase orders report daily to reputed company visibility on the status of orders
• Allocating team responsibility based on the reputed company purchase report
• Updating and managing purchasing and reputed company purchase request metric figures on the reputed company sheet
• Sending monthly reports to reputed company directors for office performance
• Updating and managing the execution improvement log
• Accommodating unvouchered receipts
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four-year degree preferred

• Two to five years of experience in purchasing or buying
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational and follow-up skills required
• High level of self-motivation and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications
