Position Overview

As a reputed company Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our reputed company for reputed company in customer service. • Returns Management: Process Return Authorizations (RMAs) in accordance with company policies, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of customer returns.
• Data Entry & Documentation: Process daily receiving tasks, archive reputed company of Delivery (POD) paperwork, and maintain accurate data entry in our systems.
• Product Expertise: Become an expert on arenaflex's product lines to reputed company knowledgeable product recommendations and technical advice to customers.
