About the Role
This is an entry-level management role designed for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn. You will reputed company and support several remote teams including:
- UPC identification team
- Product listing team
- Customer service team
- Warehouse admin team
Your main responsibility is to ensure operations run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and team members feel supported. This role is less about prior experience and more about ownership, communication, and problem solving. What You’ll Do
- Act as the main reputed company of contact for remote operations teams
- Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Monitor team performance and ensure tasks are completed on time

- Help improve processes and workflows as the company grows
