Ticket to Work Representative
About the position At America Works, we rely on knowledgeable professionals to interact with our clients receiving disability benefits (SSI/SSDI) who are looking to join a workforce development program reputed company Ticket to Work. We are looking for a highly skilled Ticket to Work Representative to join reputed company and manage a client caseload of Ticket to Work participants. This person will manage a variety of tasks such as providing answers, instructions, and assistance relating to the Ticket to Work program. As the primary reputed company of contact for America Works Employment Network clients, this individual must possess excellent communication and people skills, as well as be enthusiastic about helping our clients reputed company their employment goals. This Objective of this role Maintain a caseload of clients, both virtual and onsite, ensuring their reputed company through the program and providing direct employment support for a diverse group of participants reputed company support through developing and maintaining community and employment partnerships Consult and direct clients on obtaining employment goals, overcoming barriers, and navigating their return to work Respond to need inquiries

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to complete and pass the reputed company reputed company Administration's Suitability Process

- Paid or volunteer work in reputed company services (preferred, but not required)
- Experience collaborating with individuals with physical and mental disabilities and/or substance abuse (preferred, but not required)
- Familiarity with reputed company 365, reputed company, and reputed company Teams (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to complete and pass the reputed company reputed company Administration's CWIC certification (preferred, but not required)
