About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our automotive dealership clients, providing timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries and issues. You will be responsible for handling phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications, while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude. You will also be required to research requests reputed company to profile assistance, track vehicle shipments and vehicle orders, assist with car warranties, and escalate critical orders.
