Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns, and identifying new solutions that align with their needs. Responsibilities

Requirements

* High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)

  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • 18+ years of age and high school diploma/GED
  • Quiet, secured workspace

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
