Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Call Center Agent/Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company of remote workers. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to insurance companies and their clients. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve customer inquiries, reputed company product information, and handle customer complaints. In addition to your customer service skills, you'll also be responsible for data entry and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties
