As a Senior Strategic Agency Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional business experiences to our agency partners and their clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Strategic Agency Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering against ambitious quarterly business and product growth objectives, driving scalable product adoption and growth across a broad portfolio of Agency clients.
  • Owning a portfolio of agencies by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
  • Working across reputed company of agency partners to grow new and existing business consistently, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding business experiences to arenaflex's agency partners.
  • Collaborating with Large Customer Sales Agency counterparts on cross-channel agencies, aligning on strategic and product priorities with arenaflex Customer Solutions to reputed company a cohesive experience to our agencies and their clients.
  • Shaping the agency program by being a thought partner for the Agency reputed company on strategic initiatives and agency-level planning.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-reputed company/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across reputed company reputed company of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience assessing and achieving agency reputed company reputed company business techniques, including effective questioning, reputed company handling, compelling narratives, storytelling, and competitive selling.
  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on both performance and brand marketing.
  • Knowledge of agency business models (digital and traditional), customer retention, growth, and new business acquisition for agencies.
  • Knowledge of traditional versus online marketing strategy and tactics.

Compensation and Benefits

The US reputed company salary reputed company for this full-time position is $126,000-$188,000, with bonus and equity opportunities available. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
