Your Impact at arenaflex

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and industries. Your role will be to reputed company exceptional support, resolve issues reputed company, and build lasting relationships. Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment
• Escalate more technical product-reputed company issues to the appropriate Product Support Specialist
• Process a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolve a targeted percentage of those inquiries
• Troubleshoot customer problems, identify the root cause of the issue, and use tools and resources to determine how to resolve customer problems
• Follow up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate solutions and expand overall knowledge
• Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues
• Update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information
• Meet standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service skills that build high reputed company of customer satisfaction
• Typing 25 WPM

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
