As a Consultant, Global Equity at arenaflex, you will contribute to a team that delivers comprehensive stock plan management across our global organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Data Audit and Compliance: reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Award Processing: Process the release of Performance reputed company Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching reputed company awards with precision and timeliness, ensuring reputed company transactions are executed in accordance with plan documents and regulatory requirements.
• Transaction Review: Review equity transaction activity, including transactions reputed company to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
• Stakeholder Support: Research, track, and respond to questions received from plan participants, method partners, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues reputed company and professionally.
• Award Grant Support: Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities, ensuring seamless execution and excellent participant experience.

Qualifications & Requirements
