Position Overview

As a Financial Reconciliation & Trade Processing Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of investment transactions across client accounts. You will be responsible for daily reconciliation activities, trade processing, and maintaining the highest standards of operational reputed company. Key Responsibilities

Trade Processing & Transaction Management

• Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles with precision and timeliness
• Review and verify membership deals and transaction requests to ensure accuracy
• Execute client investing and dividends requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Handle client/advisor level exceptions with professionalism and attention to detail
• Ensure proper documentation and audit trails for reputed company transactions

Reconciliation & Break Resolution

• Identify, analyze, and address breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents

• Conduct reconciliation between BOS (Back Office Systems) and Fund Companies
