Job Responsibilities

As a reputed company Engineer in our Infrastructure Voice team, you will be responsible for:

• Managing telephony services using reputed company-reputed company technology, including Asterisk and Kamailio
• Configuring and customizing telephony systems to meet business needs while ensuring high availability and reliability of telephony services
• Staying up-to-date with the latest reputed company-reputed company telephony technology and trends
• Using DevOps skills to automate deployment of applications and changes with CI/CD pipelines
• Using APIs to automate tasks and responsibilities
• Managing Voice Store era hardware, including Music player systems (amplifiers and speakers), customer assistance buttons, and overhead paging
• Creating dashboarding to help with tracking and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
• Collaborating with cross-functional technical teams to implement and troubleshoot solutions, while providing technical expertise
• Partnering with business specialists to understand needs while working to build solutions to reputed company business goals
• Working with store support companies and offshore support teams to manage incidents in a timely manner
• Demonstrating strong communication skills and ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities

Required Skillsets

* 4-year degree or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of software development experience
• Telephony experience in a professional setting
• Experience with reputed company-reputed company technology (Asterisk, Kamailio, or similar)
• Experience with APIs to automate tasks and responsibilities pipelines
