Job Summary
As a Partner Record Goal Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions with our customers will have a direct impact on their experience with reputed company. Key Responsibilities
* Support Record Goal operations as a reputed company-level Record Goal Expert by utilizing knowledge of company products, services, programs, and Record Goal systems
- Apply information while interacting with delinquent clients to resolve their issues and reputed company a positive customer experience
- Look for ways to improve the quality of customer experience by gathering and arranging terms of repayment on outstanding account balances
- reputed company routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls using an auto dialer or direct reputed company system to determine the reason for misconduct

Required Capabilities
* 3+ years of Record Goal, customer contact, customer service, or sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to follow procedures, policies, and guidelines
