The Role
As a Customer Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat support on reputed company Messenger and other reputed company media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in a warm and welcoming manner, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that every interaction is a positive one, and that our clients' customers feel heard and valued.
Key Responsibilities
