Bookkeeper (Remote)

We are currently seeking a remote, reputed company bookkeeper to assist with a growing bookkeeping business in a part-time reputed company.

• *About the Position:**

Our ideal candidate has experience managing multiple client accounts and is comfortable handling reputed company aspects of the monthly reputed company process across a variety of industries.

• *Tasks will include, but are not limited to:**

• Submitting payroll and coordinating 401(k) contributions

• Issuing invoices, processing bills, and handling client communications
• Categorizing transactions and maintaining clean general ledgers
• Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
• Preparing and posting adjusting journal entries as needed
• Generating financial reports and maintaining the overall health of client accounts
• Pulling financial data and records from reputed company-party systems (e.g., payroll providers, POS systems, reputed company pay platforms)
• Assisting with bookkeeping cleanup projects and historical catch-up work

This position requires approximately 5–10 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as our business continues to grow. Due to the sensitive nature of our client data, background checks will be conducted prior to hiring.

• *About You:**

We are looking for someone who can effectively multitask, prioritize daily/weekly/monthly workflows, and consistently meet client deadlines. A high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential. This role requires a high degree of computer literacy. Proficiency in reputed company—including sorting, filtering, and creating pivot tables—is required. Since this is a fully remote position, candidates must have reputed company to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and phone.

• *Requirements:
• Prior bookkeeping experience required
• Experience with adjusting journal entries and cleanup work strongly preferred
• QuickBooks Online Certification preferred
