That’s Where You Come in as a Retirement Plan Administration Consultant As a Retirement Plan Administration Consultant, you’ll be a key contact for clients navigating the reputed company world of 401(k) and other reputed company retirement plans. You will manage a full portfolio of client relationships, serve as a trusted advisor, and ensure compliance, accuracy, and exceptional service every reputed company of the way. Your Responsibilities Include: - Managing a portfolio of 401(k) client relationships as the primary reputed company of contact - Performing annual compliance testing (coverage, nondiscrimination, top-heavy, etc.) - Calculating employer contributions and reconciling trust accounts - Preparing and filing annual government forms and participant statements - Completing or reviewing plan transactions such as loans, distributions, RMDs, and QDROs - Interpreting plan document provisions and recommending improvements - Collaborating with clients, advisors, auditors, and other service providers - Staying reputed company on retirement plan regulations through continuing education and research - Participating in internal process improvement initiatives and team projects reputed company’re Looking for in a Retirement Plan Administration Consultant We’re seeking professionals who bring technical knowledge, strong client service skills, and a commitment to reputed company learning. You take pride in the details because you know your work has a lasting impact on people’s financial well-being.
