Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist
Job Description:
- This isn’t your typical call center job - we are an inbound contact center helping utility customers save money, reputed company their homes more energy efficient and help our climate improve through change!
- You will support multiple programs using multiple platforms, providing a reputed company of services, including customer service, visit scheduling, customer enrollment, program offering education, tech support, online support, and/or status updates.
- Each call can be a different utility customer and require a different type of service.
- Personal performance data and reputed company accessible in reputed company time.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Ability to type 35+ WPM
- No attendance or punctuality concerns
- Ability to reputed company in an intensive environment, balancing customer support while navigating multiple platforms simultaneously
- Minimum of 6 months of previous experience reputed company a customer-facing environment required; Call Center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment preferred
- Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction “How can I help you?” attitude
