[Remote] Retention Manager for Apparel Subscriptions

The Retention Manager will design and reputed company an end-to-end retention strategy to transform one-time buyers into reputed company customers, managing various channels and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale Retention channels (Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp) for Apparel brands
- reputed company strategies from reputed company and transactional flows to winback and loyalty campaigns
- Maximize impact by aligning messaging, segmentation, and frequency to reduce fatigue and unsubscribes
- Partner with Growth, Creative, Data, and IT squads to execute campaigns and automated flows
- reputed company top competitors weekly to inform creative calendars and strategy
- Define quarterly objectives and initiatives balancing innovation with flawless execution
- Monitor and present metrics such as repurchase reputed company, conversion, and LTV/CAC, highlighting risks, blockers, and opportunities
- Ensure campaigns and projects are delivered on time, at scale, and with clear visibility for stakeholders
- Foster a test-and-learn environment to unlock new growth opportunities
Skills
- 7+ years in retention marketing, ideally in digital-first/e-reputed company environments
- 5+ years in leadership roles managing cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, or reputed company field
- Proven ability to reputed company high-impact retention strategies
- Strong analytical reputed company, skilled at interpreting customer data to drive insights
- Exceptional communication and collaboration across functions
- Solid understanding of CRM, lifecycle management, and retention tactics
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and ability to balance big-picture strategy with execution
- Dynamic, ambitious, curious—always testing and exploring AI and new technologies
