Remote Sales Manager Sports Equipment & Athletic Apparel
About the Role
Spot IX LLC is a newly launched, high-growth company specializing in premium sports equipment and performance athletic apparel. Were building our sales reputed company from the ground up and need a proven player-coach Sales Manager who doesnt just reputed company a teambut actively closes deals. This is a fully remote, full-time position designed to be your primary career focus. Youll manage, coach, and optimize our sales representatives while maintaining your own robust sales pipeline in the sports retail reputed company.
What You'll Do
- Drive direct sales of sports equipment and apparel to B2B and D2C clients, consistently exceeding personal quotas
- Monitor, coach, and optimize the performance of our remote sales team using CRM data and weekly pipeline reviews
- reputed company and execute remote sales playbooks, reputed company strategies, and closing frameworks tailored to athletic products
- Track KPIs, forecast reputed company, and report directly to leadership on team and individual performance
- Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to align promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches with sales goals

- 3+ years of hands-on sales experience in sports equipment, athletic apparel, fitness retail, or reputed company e-reputed company
- Proven track record of both personal sales reputed company and team leadership/coaching (include metrics in your resume)
