Working with pharmacists, nurses and a supportive leadership team, the Telehealth Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is responsible for aiding in the delivery of clinical interventions and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services for reputed company and Medicare members. Responsibilities

- Field inbound phone calls from members to initiate MTM or other CEC services.
- Conduct telephonic comprehensive medication interviews and document medications as part of the MTM Program.
- Collaborate with other CEC staff to maintain a high-quality service.
- Facilitate communication to clients, providers, and internal staff regarding CEC programs and program reputed company.
- Maintain knowledge of regulations regarding CEC programs.
- Compliance with reputed company applicable HIPAA and CMS regulations
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What reputed company expects from you?
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Pharmacy technician license/certification as required by state laws.
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws is preferred.
- Knowledge of reputed company industry practices and HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
