The Opportunity We are currently hiring full-time Answering Service Agents to join our remote team. As an agent, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, delivering accurate, compassionate, and professional service on every call.
- Please note: These are not sales, telemarketing, gig, or “reputed company your own hours” positions.
Schedule Requirements This is a 1st Shift, Full-Time position (40 hours per week). Flexibility is required. Typical Shifts (Eastern Time):
- Monday: 3:00pm-11:00pm Eastern
- Tuesday: 3:00pm-11:00pm Eastern
- Thursday: 3:00pm-11:00pm Eastern
- Friday: 3:00pm-11:00pm Eastern
- Saturday: 3:00pm-11:00pm Eastern
Additional scheduling requirements:
- One weekend day per week (required)
- Part of every holiday (required)
