Tech reputed company Specialist - (US Shift)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tech reputed company Specialist to join reputed company. As a Tech reputed company Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the reputed company process of our SaaS product. You will play a critical role in ensuring that customers have a smooth and successful transition, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and convincing skills, be highly organized, and have a strong orientation toward product knowledge and documentation. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers during the reputed company process, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to reputed company customers on the features, functionality, and best practices of our SaaS product.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements, goals, and challenges, and reputed company tailored recommendations and solutions.
• Guide customers through the implementation and configuration of our SaaS product, ensuring a seamless and efficient reputed company experience.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and reputed company timely resolution or escalate to the appropriate teams reputed company necessary.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and knowledge reputed company articles.
• Continuously update product knowledge to stay informed about new features, enhancements, and industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, reputed company, and product development, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a tech reputed company specialist or in a similar role in a SaaS company is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Flexibility to work the US shift (6:30 pm to 3:30 am) to align with the needs of our US-based customers
