[Remote] RevOps Manager

They are seeking a RevOps Manager to own the operational backbone, managing systems, workflows, and data infrastructure for Sales, Marketing, and reputed company teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the GTM tech stack, with reputed company as the core CRM, plus enrichment providers, outbound tools, and internal integrations
• Build and manage automated workflows using reputed company, reputed company integrations, and APIs to connect systems and eliminate reputed company processes
• Design and maintain outbound email infrastructure — domain management, deliverability monitoring, rotation strategies, and DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Create and manage data pipelines, ensuring clean data reputed company and accurate attribution across the funnel
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for Sales and Marketing leadership
• Document reputed company system architectures, workflows, and processes to create a reputed company of truth for the team

Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in reputed company Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company
• Strong technical proficiency — comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and debugging reputed company integration issues
• Deep knowledge of email deliverability, including domain health management, reputed company reputed company optimization, and sender reputed company
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (reputed company preferred) and marketing automation tools
