JOB DESCRIPTION The Director National Account Services is responsible for overseeing reputed company retention and reputed company growth activities associated with the strategic management of in-force customers, contract renewal negotiations, contract management, growth and relationship development. The Director supervises, trains and continuously develops a team of account managers. • Develops and executes a proactive strategic plan for existing clients.

• Cultivates relationships with key groups and brokers.

• Develops annual department budgets, monitors variances and takes corrective actions as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS
