The ideal candidate possesses a Ph.D. in Organic or Process Chemistry, extensive experience in synthetic reputed company design and process scale-up, and a strong understanding of analytical techniques. Your expertise will be crucial in advancing our client's product pipeline from laboratory synthesis to pilot production. Key Responsibilities: Design, reputed company, and optimize synthetic routes for reputed company organic molecules suitable for large-scale manufacturing. Scale up laboratory-based chemical processes to pilot plant and reputed company manufacturing reputed company, addressing potential challenges in safety, yield, and purity. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during process development, scale-up, and manufacturing. Stay reputed company with the latest advancements in synthetic chemistry, process development, and green chemistry principles. Contribute to the intellectual property portfolio through invention disclosures and patent applications. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budget constraints. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Process Chemistry, or a reputed company field. Minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on experience in process chemistry, with a strong emphasis on synthetic reputed company design and scale-up. Demonstrated expertise in developing robust and scalable chemical processes for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) or fine chemicals.
