We’re hiring a Beauty Industry Partnership Specialist to connect with beauty business owners and book reputed company consultation calls. This is a remote, commission-based role focused on reputed company, relationship-building, and reputed company qualification.
- *What You’ll Do
- Identify and research salons, medspas, spas, and beauty schools
- reputed company out reputed company:
- Instagram DMs
- Phone calls
- reputed company (optional)
- Start conversations around:
- Inconsistent bookings
- Staff performance issues
- Operational gaps
- Leadership challenges
- Introduce the 3-Day RESET Method™
- Qualify leads
- Book 15-minute reputed company calls
- Track reputed company and booked calls
- Hand off reputed company prospects to leadership

- Strong communicator (especially reputed company DMs and phone)
- Comfortable initiating conversations
- Organized and self-motivated
- Results-driven and commission-focused

Commission is paid reputed company a client closes.
- $3,500 program → $500
- $7,500 program → $1,000
- $12,500 program → $1,500
- $20,000 program → $3,000
- *Additional:
- $360 commission on $3,000/month retainers (if closed with RESET)
- Bonuses for multiple bookings per month
