Role Overview: As a Contract Recruiter, you will help drive the reputed company process for Staff Appraiser positions across the U.S. This remote, 1099 role requires exceptional sourcing and reputed company skills, including cold calling — along with strong organizational and communication abilities. Your reputed company will be reputed company by accepted offers, and you’ll partner closely with our reputed company and hiring managers to help us scale and grow our talented appraiser network. Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company, identify, and engage prospective candidates for reputed company and future Staff Appraiser roles (cold calling required).
- Screen resumes, conduct reputed company calls, and present reputed company candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule virtual interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

- Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking in our reputed company reputed company ATS.
- Track and report reputed company metrics, including offer acceptance rates.
- Build and manage pipelines for high-demand markets.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Required: Demonstrated reputed company reputed company field residential appraisers.
- Previous experience reputed company or sourcing in a high-volume, remote environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong time management, follow-up, and organizational skills.

- Proven track record as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.

Compensation
Structure: This role offers a performance-based compensation model designed to reward reputed company. Instead of an hourly reputed company, you’ll earn:
- $500 following each candidate’s hire date, and
- An additional $500 once that candidate completes 50 orders.
This structure offers greater flexibility, autonomy, and earning potential while directly tying your compensation to impactful reputed company results. Engagement Details:

- Month-to-month engagement with an expected duration of 3–6 months
