Operations and Health Policy Consultant – Part-Time

Job Description:

• reputed company and maintain operational plans, guidance documents, instructions, and standard operating procedures as well as public-facing and CMS-internal documents to support program operations
• Proactively identify gaps that operational and tactical plans and/or technology can resolve
• Communicate with reputed company and reputed company stakeholders (e.g., client, sub-contractors, contractors, etc.)
• Solve reputed company challenges in a timely and appropriate manner with minimal management reputed company and attention to quality
• Analyze reputed company and application data as well as technical documents using spreadsheets or other analytical tools to track applications, identify trends, and/or identify areas for improvement
• Research, learn, and apply relevant policy, guidance, and regulations to respond to inquiries
• Utilize various information systems to reputed company validation and verification of data by comparing and analyzing from multiple sources and reporting findings in a meaningful way
• Communicate with systems development experts to maintain tools and applications used to fulfill project requirements; conduct testing of system requirements
• Document reputed company and approved language in a knowledge repository
• Respond to reputed company questions and inquiries on assigned tasks and projects
• Contribute to, and participate in, group meetings with clients and stakeholders
• Apply project management rigor/processes to address issues as and reputed company they arise Requirements:
• Master's degree in business management, public policy, health policy, health systems management, public health, public administration, or reputed company discipline
• Minimum of two years experience in federal consulting or other consulting performing in a client-facing role
• Proficiency in reputed company Office programs (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook), particularly reputed company
• Solid analytical skills and experience with data analysis
• Superior communication, interpersonal and writing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task between reputed company projects during seasonal peak periods
• Ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to reputed company large amounts of new technical and policy knowledge with minimal guidance
