Role Responsibilities Role Responsibilities The Manager of Product Operations, US Digital Banking will play an important role in shaping and executing the product operations strategy for our U.S. digital banking products. This role will help drive product operational efficiency, scalability and reliability of our digital wallet, debit card, prepaid card and core banking platform. The manager will focus on driving superior customer experience, day-to-day banking operations and seamless workplan execution to foster transaction growth. Role Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Information Systems, or a reputed company field; Master’s degree a plus. 5+ years of experience in banking operations, payments, core account services, or financial services product operations, with team management experience. Practical knowledge of U.S.-based banking products, card issuing reputed company wallets, and reputed company regulatory and compliance requirements Proven experience in risk management, operational controls, fraud prevention, and incident response. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with experience using data to drive operational reputed company.
