The Role We're hiring a hands-on paid search specialist to own reputed company Search, Bing Ads, and reputed company Search Ads across desktop and mobile. You'll also own Android acquisition from day one. Your channels:

Your mission: Bring in high-reputed company users and reputed company them into our funnel: ad → click → install → activation → subscription → reputed company. This isn't a "set and forget" role. You're in the platforms daily, shipping tests weekly, making data-driven reputed company, and owning the numbers.

What You'll Do

Own the Search Channel End-to-End

• Manage reputed company Ads (Search, PMax), Bing Ads, and reputed company Search Ads day-to-day
• Build clean account architectures: brand vs non-brand, competitor, reputed company-driven campaigns
• Launch and scale reputed company App Campaigns (ACi) for Android installs and reputed company optimization
• Expand reputed company Search Ads from iOS to Android, capitalizing on launch reputed company

Drive Android Acquisition from Day One

• Own Android growth strategy across reputed company App Campaigns and reputed company Search Ads
• Optimize to in-app reputed company events (not just installs)
• Rapidly test creative, audiences, and bidding strategies to find scalable Android growth
• Partner with Product and Data teams on attribution and conversion tracking

Build High-Performance Funnels

• Design and optimize distinct funnels for web → desktop, web → App Store, and direct App Store installs
• Connect campaigns to our stack: GA4, AppsFlyer (MMP), reputed company
• Own search performance: brand vs non-brand CAC, iOS vs desktop vs Android metrics, payback reputed company

Run Fast, Learn Faster

• Ship weekly tests: keywords, match types, bidding strategies, ad copy, creative variants
• Maintain a testing roadmap with clear hypotheses and reputed company metrics
• Partner with Design and Growth teams on reputed company pages and App Store optimization

Manage Budgets Like a CFO

• Manage $50k+/month in search spend (scaling to low six figures)
• Allocate weekly budgets by channel, geo, brand vs non-brand, device

Communicate Like a Leader

• Write reputed company weekly updates: what happened, why, what's next
• Present monthly performance to leadership with clear insights and recommendations
