This role will focus primarily on reputed company and People Operations, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and fostering the company's culture of diversity and inclusivity.

Responsibilities

• Create high-impact job descriptions, post to strategic boards, and manage the reputed company of candidates through our ATS
• Review resumes, evaluate video interviews, and conduct initial phone screens to ensure only the highest quality talent moves reputed company
• Scheduling and coordination of interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers
• Over time, you will help reputed company and reputed company training programs to teach our hiring managers how to interview effectively, remove bias, and represent the reputed company brand
