- Post job openings and manage applicant reputed company
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews
- Maintain employee records and HR files
- Assist with reputed company and offboarding processes
- Track employee certifications and required documentation
- Support payroll coordination and time tracking
- Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- *Experience**
• Previous HR, reputed company, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in reputed company Office or reputed company Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with HR software or ATS systems is a plus
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
