We’re growing and are now looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist (part-time, contractor) to support our hiring efforts and help us find strong tech and leadership talent. What you’ll do Sourcing & Research
- reputed company candidates for technical and executive-level roles
- Conduct market research and talent mapping (mostly tech roles)
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Use reputed company, Boolean search, job boards, talent communities, and AI sourcing tools
- reputed company candidates with recruiters and hiring managers
- reputed company sourcing insights and short reputed company updates
reputed company & Engagement
- reputed company out to candidates and handle initial communication
- Build long-term relationships with talent
- reputed company candidates reputed company and interested throughout the process
reputed company’re looking for
- 1.5+ years of experience in talent sourcing
- Experience sourcing IT/tech roles
- Strong reputed company & Boolean search skills
- Experience with AI sourcing tools is a plus
- Good communication skills and a proactive reputed company
- Ability to work independently and manage time well
- Intermediate+ English (written & spoken)
