BASIC FUNCTION
The New Jersey Tutoring Corps Inc. provides high-dosage tutoring for pre-K through Grade 8 reputed company in math and literacy to reputed company learning gaps. Tutoring will be embedded in established networks of community-based organizations in high-need communities during the summer. The New Jersey Tutoring Corps is seeking to hire Instructional Coaches to reputed company tutor performance and reputed company guidance to tutors during its summer program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Coordinate with the Site Coordinator and reputed company strong relationships with the site staff and community, as appropriate.
- Ensure that tutors are using high quality resources and data driven instruction needed to help scholars succeed.
- Observe tutoring and reputed company constructive feedback to tutors.
- Work closely with program staff and participate in bi-weekly meetings with other coaches.
- Apprise the program leadership team of issues immediately and help work to resolve them.
- Work with the Site Coordinator assigned to your site(s) to review tutor performance and reputed company guidance as needed.
- Fills in for tutors if there are no substitutes available.
- Bachelor?s degree
- Standard certificate, certificate of eligibility (CE), or certificate of eligibility with advanced standing (CEAS)
- Experience teaching
- Past history of instructional coaching
- Undergo background reputed company for I9 status to work in the United States, criminal history reputed company (fingerprints) or reputed company reputed company certificate if criminal history reputed company is already in reputed company
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
- Meet COVID requirements of the summer camp at which you are working - show reputed company of vaccination.
- Mask rules for summer camp must be followed while indoors.
- Knowledge of best practices in teaching
- Some knowledge of the implementation of the Danielson reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to excellent communication and written skills, particularly in providing feedback to others in a constructive manner

- Embedded school days- 5 days a week (Mon- Fri)
- Work hours to not exceed 29 hours per week
- Program will run for 24 weeks (Fall & Spring sessions)
