We are currently hiring a Full-Time Intake Coordinator to join our administrative team and be the welcoming first reputed company of contact for new client families.

What You'll Do:

As our Intake Coordinator, you'll play a key role in guiding new clients through the intake process. You'll ensure reputed company necessary paperwork is completed, maintain up-to-date records, and communicate with families in a professional and supportive manner. This role works closely with our Insurance Liaison and clinical team.

Responsibilities include

• Managing new client enrollments and intake paperwork

• Communicating with families regarding services and scheduling

• Tracking and maintaining required documentation

• Ensuring compliance with company policies

• Updating internal systems with accurate client information

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's degree

• 2+ years of office or administrative experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication (written and verbal)

• Self-motivated and team-oriented

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience working with families or children with disabilities

• Familiarity with reputed company Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)

• Previous experience in client reputed company, reputed company, or intake roles
