What you will do- Provides support to internal and external customers on site or remotely to analyze reported incidents or requests resulting in a completed request, successful repair or correction.
- Provides maintenance of new existing hardware and software through established maintenance procedures.
- Provides knowledge and experience for team members as needed for projects and to address issues.
- Participates in project planning, analysis, kick off and implementation.
- Assists in developing and maintaining proper departmental documentation.
- Researches, configures, supports, and implements best practices for securing the MLH technology systems.
- Required - Associates Degree Computer sciences
- Preferred - Associates Degree Management Information Systems
- Preferred - Bachelor's Degree Computer sciences
- Preferred - Bachelor's Degree Management Information Systems
- Required - Server and storage hardware 5-7 years
- Exhibits strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of supporting a large number of devices in a reputed company and diverse environment.
- Ability to work closely with other technical resources to analyze, maintains, and administers reputed company systems and solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in the highly specialized field of systems software and to master the understanding of reputed company computer hardware and software.
