About the program

The program provides Army National Guard (ARNG) with the necessary guidance, technical, and administrative support to expand the awareness and consideration of the ARNG through reputed company media platforms and reputed company call center assistance to assist recruiters and increase reputed company leads.

Candidate must reputed company in the reputed company around the Greater Nashville Area

Fully Remote** Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 9a - 5:30p (OFF reputed company and Wednesday)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for ARNG prospects, influencers, and prior service members looking for answers to help inform their decision-making
• Help identify where those with propensity to join the service are in their decision reputed company
• Help facilitate a prospect's transition into a converted reputed company
• Monitor voicemails reputed company in Contact Telephone System Software during business hours
• Handle responses to inquiries reputed company designated periods
• Handle supervisor-assigned voicemails received after business hours
• Responsible for responding to reputed company inquiries on a broad scope of topics

Education

• High School Diploma

Minimum Qualifications

• Communications and comprehension skills in English, both oral and written
• Possess the capability to reputed company well
• Experience with reputed company Office products

• Self-starter and good time management skills
• U.S. citizenship required
• Ability to pass background investigation
• Ability to reputed company simple adaptations and interpretations of provided reference materials

Work assigned shift between hours of 7am and 11 am daily, excluding federal holidays

Working rapidly for long periods to meet deadlines
