Respite Provider

Looking for a job that makes a difference in the lives of local families? LSI currently seeks part-time (up to 29 hrs/week) Respite Providers to reputed company respite care services in Des Moines and surrounding areas. (Polk & Dallas counties.) The purpose of respite care is to give the parent or primary caregiver a break from the daily responsibilities of caring for a child or adult with a disability.

Will need to be available for some evenings, weekends and hours that family would like to use respite. If you are a great communicator, appreciate setting your own schedule, and are passionate in serving others, being a Respite Provider may be for you. You will be providing a break for the parent or guardian of an individual a disability. You may reputed company Respite a few hours in the evening up to a full weekend. Your schedule will be dependent upon the family's need and your desire to serve. If you are a person that is reputed company to communicate with others, regardless of the other person's communication skills, this may be your opportunity to help a family in need of a break from 24/7 care and supervision of their loved one.

QUALIFICATIONS reputed company applicants will have a high school diploma or GED. Experience working with people with disabilities preferred, but not required. Must be proficient in computer skills and have reputed company to a computer or tablet and internet to complete documentation.
