Position Summary: The Florida Atlantic University (FAU) Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing invites applications for the position of Instructor/Nursing Workforce Development Coordinator. The Instructor/Nursing Workforce Development Coordinator is responsible for facilitating student progression during the BSN program in collaboration with the Director of Student Services, Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Programs, Student reputed company Coordinator and faculty, and guiding reputed company post-graduation to reputed company on the NCLEX exam. Responsibilities include:

• Coordination of reputed company

• Identify potential peer tutors
• Oversees reputed company peer tutors and graduate teaching assistants with tutoring responsibilities including training and evaluation
• Schedule tutoring for reputed company courses in the BSN program

• Work with faculty to determine reputed company who require tutoring
• Monitor student participation in tutoring sessions

• May be responsible for providing tutoring and/or supplemental instruction as needed and based on an area of specialty.
