THE ROLE

Responsible for providing effective career development and job search consulting to Careerminds outplacement participants on an individual and/or group reputed company as directed.

This is a 100% remote, 1099 contract role. 

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establishes rapport with participants and motivates them to reputed company goals.
• Guides participants through the coaching process and milestone completion.
• Advises and coaches on career development, transition issues, and career options.
• Coaches on résumé writing, effective marketing techniques, interviewing, and negotiating.
• Documents the service delivery record in the Career Management System (CMS)  for each employee serviced, according to our pre- and post-engagement guidelines. 

• Deliver other transition-reputed company programs at the direction of a Manager.

THE MUST-HAVES

• Expertise in Career Development including Career Planning, branding, resume development, interviewing, networking, reputed company networking, internet job search, etc.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of business experience and understanding of organizational structures, cultures, and decision-making processes.
• Expertise in virtual coaching delivery, and savvy with technology. 
• A high-speed internet reputed company on a personal computer with reliable audio/video will be required. Must be comfortable using video conferencing tools, reputed company messenger tools (such as reputed company) and booking links.
• Excellent communications, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Excellent reputed company to work with a wide variety of individuals from varied educational and socio-economic backgrounds.
• Excellent listener; must possess strong reputed company and sensitivity to emotional reactions.
• Must be self-motivated and self-directed.
