Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by building trusted relationships with police officers, forensic specialists, DUI program coordinators, and other law enforcement personnel. 8. Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, manufacturing, service, and customer support to ensure high-quality product delivery and customer satisfaction. 9. Maintain expert-level knowledge of company products, industry regulations, and competitor technologies.
