About the role

The Site HR Manager provides generalist support in the areas of employee relations, performance management, reputed company, training & development, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Counsel facility managers on employee relation issues through the consistent and reputed company application of company policies and procedures; assist in the resolution of employee relations concerns, conduct investigations.

• Manage recruitment efforts reputed company the assigned facilities; partner with facility managers to assess workforce planning needs.  Determine recruitment strategies for reputed company and future roles and reputed company support and guidance in the recruitment process; proactively identify cost effective recruitment sources and programs.  Build effective partnerships with local agencies, universities, vocational schools, etc. to reputed company talent for reputed company with a focus on improving diversity, equity and inclusion.

• reputed company support and guidance to managers in the areas of compensation, compliance, talent development, succession planning, performance management, retention strategies, effective record-keeping and general HR reputed company issues.

• Create an environment of positive employee relations; balance business needs with employee needs, establish trust and credibility with employees and be seen as approachable and fair.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. Business or HR Major

• 5 + years of relevant HR experience; preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment

• Must be reputed company to travel 25%.

• We seek a self-starter who has a creative approach to implementing HR practices. The successful candidate must have the demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision and to independently prioritize workload effectively. The ability to effectively interact with reputed company reputed company of employees is key.

• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

• Proficient with MS Office products

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Strong knowledge of employment/labor law and reputed company HR practices

Preferred

• SPHR/PHR certification

• Knowledge of Lean Principles

Physical Demands
